I don’t want to use the “C” word, but a local cable company that many households still use here in Albuquerque, ranked last again in customer service amongst Satellite and Cable TV companies according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

If you are still one of their customers, this last place ranking in customer satisfaction probably did not come as much of a surprise. We offer our condolences.
