It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine Pratt, our Customer Service Manager, on Sunday April 28th.
Catherine has been a shining light in our office since she joined us in 2011. All of you that have interacted with her on the phone or in our offices have felt of her kind and gracious spirit. We were all greeted with a smile and her warmth.
Not only was Catherine the first point of contact for all of our customers, she was also the office cornhole champion and a penny slot aficionado.
She will be greatly missed.
