All of us at Its All About Satellites and RVParkTV.com were so happy and honored to be part of the Big Box of Love senior food drive for Silver Horizons with Big 98.5 FM, the New Mexico National Guard, Optum Health, State Street Billiards, and Albertson’s Market.

A HUGE thank you to everyone that stopped by our offices with donations of food, household items, and pet food during this drive. Our thanks goes out to Chaz Malibu, Boston Bobby Jones, and Mistie Miles and of course, Lynette from Big 98.5 for doing live broadcasts from locations around the city including our offices to spread the word of this incredibly important mission to provide critical help to extremely low-income senior citizens, and the family members living with them, with life’s basics like food and household items.

The drive this year was a huge success collecting $50,770 in cash donations and lots of much needed food and other household items to help our struggling seniors in the Albuquerque area and those they care for.

 

We Received a Large Amount of Donations at Our Offices

Even though we were not the main drop off point, we received a large number of donations at our offices and even more people stopped by to pick up a box to load up with food and household items to drop off at the main drop off at Albertson’s Market on Coors.

 

But that doesn’t mean the work is done.
