2025 – From Your Projects to Arrowhead Stadium:

One Incredible Year

As we head into 2026, I want to start with a sincere thank you. None of what we accomplished in 2025 would have been possible without the trust and support of our clients and partners.

It was an exciting, milestone year for It’s All About Satellites. We more than doubled our commercial installations, successfully completed hundreds of projects, and expanded into new and innovative technologies. Along the way, we had the privilege of serving all of you – everyone from local and regional businesses to truly iconic venues, including Arrowhead Stadium and UNM’s University Arena aka “The Pit”.

We’re incredibly proud of the work our team delivered and deeply grateful for the relationships that made this growth possible. That momentum has energized us and ready for what we’ll build together in 2026.

Before we turn the page to 2026, here are a few moments and milestones from 2025 that tell the story of what we built together.

 

Our Clients First:
Who We Served and Why It Matters to Us

At the heart of everything we did in 2025 were our clients, and we don’t take that lightly. Every project represents your trust in our team, and that trust is something we work hard to earn every day. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve such a wide range of businesses and communities, each with its own goals, challenges, and people counting on things to work the way they should.

Over the past year, we have had the privilege of working with more than 25 RV parks and campgrounds, supporting over 2,000 RV spaces and cabins where families and travelers come to relax, disconnect, and stay connected at the same time. We completed 30+ multifamily projects, helping deliver reliable entertainment and connectivity to more than 4,000 households. In hotels and lodging, we partnered on 41+ projects, serving over 5,000 guest rooms, where first impressions and guest experience matter every single day.

We were also honored to support 20+ assisted living and healthcare communities, environments where reliability isn’t just a convenience, it’s essential. In addition, we completed 25+ commercial projects, including fitness centers, bars, and restaurants across the country, each one focused on creating better experiences for customers and staff alike.

What matters most to us isn’t just the number of projects, but the relationships behind them. Whether it was a single property or a multi-location rollout, every client trusted us to show up, listen, deliver solutions that truly fit their needs, and then back it up with technical support 24/7/365 when it mattered most. That level of trust isn’t something we take for granted. It’s the foundation everything we accomplished in 2025 was built on.

That commitment to our clients also drove the technological decisions we made throughout the year.

 

Technology That Solved Real World Challenges For You

Our approach to technology in 2025 was straightforward: focus on solutions that give our clients flexibility, strong performance, and room to grow. Instead of forcing one-size-fits-all systems, we worked closely with each property to design technology that fits how people use their spaces.

One of the biggest shifts we supported was the continued move toward streaming TV in MultiFamily/MDU and commercial environments. By designing flexible, streaming-based TV systems, we helped properties deploy faster, adapt more easily, and create new opportunities for incremental revenue, all while maintaining reliable and familiar viewing experiences. There is more to come in 2026!

We also expanded our work by streaming video on demand using the DIRECTV AEP platform, giving properties greater control over content, branding, and the overall guest experience. One of the most common pieces of feedback we heard from our clients was how much easier the platform was to manage day by day. Teams told us it reduced staff time and the number of guest interactions needed to resolve issues, while still delivering the high-quality entertainment to their guest experience!

Connectivity remained a top priority as well, especially in larger and more complex environments. A great example is our work at Mylan Park KOA , where we designed a custom low-to-the-ground Wi-Fi network that delivered strong coverage and higher speeds in RV coaches, and even at the furthest points of the property. By minimizing lag and providing direct connections from pedestals, we made reliable internet and TV access simple and convenient.

At the end of the day, technology itself is only part of the story. What matters most is how well it works for YOU, the people relying on it, and that principle guided every system we designed and deployed in 2025.

 

Iconic Projects That Raised the Bar

In 2025, the same thoughtful approach we bring to every client project also opened the door to some truly iconic opportunities. These weren’t just larger projects; they were environments where performance, reliability, and attention to detail matters at the highest level.

Working on projects like Arrowhead Stadium, the home of the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs, and University Arena aka “The Pit”, the University of New Mexico’s iconic basketball arena, was a proud moment for our entire team. These venues demand systems that perform flawlessly under pressure, support thousands of users at once, and deliver an exceptional experience every time.

What made those projects especially meaningful is that the fundamentals were the same ones we apply every day. We listened closely, designed h purpose, executed carefully, and stood behind the systems long after installation. Whether it’s an iconic venue or a single property, that mindset doesn’t change, and it’s what allowed us to deliver consistently across hundreds of projects in 2025.

 

Fun, Community, and a Few Unforgettable Moments

 

And Then There Was Arrowhead Stadium

Getting the chance to work at the home of the Kansas City Chiefs was a highlight for our entire team, and especially for our President and Founder Barry Conley, who is a lifelong Chiefs fan.

His excitement walking into the stadium was impossible to miss, and there was a kid-in-a-candy-store moment that made the experience even more fun for everyone involved. It’s one of those projects that reminds you why this work can be so rewarding, and it’s a moment our team won’t forget anytime soon.
